SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times

• Canada: 3-7 business days
• United States: 7-14 business days - curently shipping is unavailable
• International: 10-21 business days - curently shipping is unavailable

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Package Protection All fragrance decants are carefully packaged to prevent leaks and damage during transit. We use protective materials and secure sealing methods to ensure your order arrives safely.

Tracked vs. Untracked Shipping

• Tracked shipping: Includes tracking number for full visibility and protection.
• Untracked shipping: Available at a lower cost but shipped at buyer's risk. We are not responsible for lost or delayed untracked packages. We recommend tracked shipping for all orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracked package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within Canada. Due to carrier restrictions on alcohol-based products, some destinations may not be available.
