Refund policy

Decant Refund Policy:

No refunds on opened decants - Since decants are fragrance samples that are opened and used, they cannot be returned or refunded once received due to hygiene and safety regulations. Fragrances are considered personal care items.

Exceptions of returns/refunds:

  • Damaged in transit
    • Leaking, broken, or spilled decants
  • Wrong fragrance sent
    • If we shipped the incorrect scent
  • Defective product
    • If the atomizer/spray doesn't work 
  • Missing items
    • If part of the order didn't arrive

Timeframe: Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Resolution options:

  • Replacement decant for damaged/wrong items
  • Store credit for future purchases

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, all decant sales are final once delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or opened products. However, we stand behind our quality - if your decant arrives damaged, leaking, or if we sent the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or provide store credit or refund.
