1. Independent Decanter Disclaimer

DScent Privé is an independent seller of hand-decanted fragrances. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with the brand owners, designers, or manufacturers of the fragrances listed on this website.

• The original manufacturer’s bottle is shown for identification purposes only.

• You will receive the authentic fragrance in a DScent Privé sterile glass atomizer, not the original designer bottle.

2. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all fragrances are 100% authentic, hand-poured from original bottles. We do not sell "fakes," "dupes," or "inspired-by" oils. Our process is designed to maintain the integrity of the scent during the transfer.

3. Safety & Allergy Information

• Patch Test: Fragrances contain various chemicals and natural extracts. We strongly recommend a skin patch test before full use.

• Liability: DScent Privé is not responsible for any adverse physical or allergic reactions resulting from the use of these products.

• Storage: Keep products away from children and pets. Fragrances are flammable; keep away from high heat or open flames.

4. Shipping & Handling (Domestic)

We ship exclusively within Canada. In compliance with Canadian transportation regulations for alcohol-based perfumes, all orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.

• Risk of Loss: Once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, DScent Privé is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Damage/Leaks: While we seal our vials to prevent leakage, minor seepage may occur during transit. If significant leakage occurs (over 10% of volume), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Final Sale Policy

Due to the cosmetic and consumable nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including "scent dislike."
